Tourist Tax to be Paid on Site: €3 per person (aged over 10 years) per day, for a maximum of 3 nights.
By making a reservation at our accommodation, you accept and agree to the property’s cancellation and no-show policies, as well as any other additional rules or conditions set by the property.
Pets Not Allowed: Pets are not permitted within the property to ensure cleanliness, prevent allergies, and maintain a welcoming environment for all guests.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside the property to ensure a healthy and smoke-free environment. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be available.
Quiet Hours: After 10:00 PM, guests are requested to maintain silence to avoid disturbing other guests who wish to rest.
No Parties or Loud Events: To ensure guest tranquility and respect communal living rules, hosting parties or loud events within the property is not permitted.
Respect for Property and Other Guests: Guests are required to respect both common and private property, as well as other guests staying at the property.
Check-in and Check-out: Guests must adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times set by the property to allow for proper cleaning and preparation of the rooms for incoming guests.
Safety Rules: Guests must follow the established safety regulations, including the proper use of electrical installations, fire safety devices, and equipment within the property.
